The electricity boards need to check the meters for their performance before they install in customer's premises.

We are providing three types of test benches
1) Manual test bench-
2) Semi automatic test bench
3) Automatic test bench

Some of the basic types as per IEC 297 standard are as denoted below:

TEST BENCH

1. The Test Bench consists of two parts:

1.Control Panel (Source)- Broadly control panel houses variable/input voltage & input current source and the device of phase angle shifting.
There are 3 main factors involved in it:

Current feeding: - current upto 125A can be fed in meters under test.
Voltage feeding:-0-300 volts/phase can be fed in meters.
Cos for phase Angle Shifting: - 0-90 Degree lag as well as 0-90 degree
lead fire variation facility for current, voltage & power factor is also provided.

2. Meter Suspension Rack
It consists of single phase and poly phase, quick connection zigs, which is helpful in fast connection and disconnection of meters.

The Electricity boards need to check the meters for their performance before they install it with the customers, and for this purpose the Test Benches are required. This is a semi- automatic test bench, used for analog and digital meter testing and calibration. 20 Single Phase, 10 Poly Phase Meters can be tested with the help of this test bench.

The Test Bench consists of two parts:

1. Control Panel (Source) – It has the source of Variable Input Voltage, Input Current and also the device of Phase Angle Shifting System.

There are 3 main factors involved in it:
Current Feeding-0-125° Amperes Current can be measured.
Voltage feeding- 0-300 Volts/Phase can be measured.
Cos for Phase Angle Shifting - 0-90°
ag as well as 0-90° Lead, Dip Fine Variation facility.
