Adhesive Tape - Various make of Pressure sensitive tapes are used to represent the process plant on the Control Panel. Again different colors and symbols of varying thickness are used to indicate the equipments and components of the process plants. Computer aided cutting machine cuts the symbols and line. The Adhesive tape mimic is suitable for areas that are prone to temperature rise and pollution.

Copper/Brass strips - 2mm thick Copper or Brass strip is used to prepare this mimic. The strips are cut in various sizes and shapes using CNC machine. These strips are fixed on the Control Panel using Counter sunk screws. The strips and symbols are finally painted in appropriate colors. This mimic is suitable for SS sheet, Fecosy, Alcosy etc.

Screen Printing - It is a method of preparation of mimic on various panels using suitable colors, inks & chemicals. Screen-printing can be done on cloth, paper, glass, PVC Sheets, Tin and Aluminous etc. It is most suitable for mosaic tile system. Negatives are prepared for the matter to be screen-printed. These negatives are developed in the dark room. The developed prints are than fixed on Aluminum/ Wooden frames. The article on which screen-printing is to be done is fixed at a particular place with the help of Registration guides. The colored ink is spread with equal pressure over the frame. Thus symbol is developed on the Tile.
